How an engagement runs

Most clients begin with a single conversation. Some leave with a plan and run with it. Others ask us to stay and build.

Figure out what you need

We run working sessions with your leadership team, then sit with the people doing the work to see how it gets done, which tools you already pay for and what data is involved. Each opportunity is sized by value, effort and risk. You leave with a business case, a roadmap and a clear call on what to build first, what success looks like and what to leave alone.

Build it

We prototype quickly so you see it working before you commit, then set up the tools and build the workflows, dashboards and integrations ourselves. Data access and privacy rules are set from day one, and everything is documented so it's yours. For heavier technical work, we bring in specialist engineers and lead the project.

Get people using it

A few people adopt new tools on their own. Most need help. We train each role on its real work, adjust the processes around the tools, coach whoever is stuck and bring new hires up to speed.

Keep it working

Models change and vendors leapfrog each other. We stay on to review usage and results, repair what breaks, update the roadmap from what we learn and flag better options before you renew.

When it gets technical

Some projects need more than workflows, such as connecting AI to large company datasets. For those, we bring in specialist engineers we've vetted to run the project, and we stay involved as your point of contact.

What stays with you

  • Every software account, in your name
  • Documentation for everything we build
  • Workflows your team can run without us
