What does an AI consultant do for a business our size?
The work a dedicated AI team would handle inside a bigger company: spotting where AI fits your workflows, picking tools, building what is missing, training your people and tracking whether it pays off.
Do you sell or resell AI software?
No. Every subscription sits in your own accounts and stays yours. We have no vendor partnerships, which leaves us free to recommend anything, including the tools you already pay for.
Is this only for sales teams?
No. We work across the business, including leadership, finance, operations, people and HR, customer support, marketing and sales. Any work that is repetitive, document-heavy or spread across several systems is a good candidate.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Whatever suits the job. Often that means Claude or ChatGPT alongside automation tools like n8n, data tools like Clay, and the CRM you already run.
How is this different from talking to a software vendor?
A vendor is paid to fit your problem into their product. We are paid to find the right answer, which might be one tool, several working together, something custom, or nothing new at all.
What if we need something more technical?
We build most workflows ourselves. For heavier engineering, such as connecting AI to company data at scale, we bring in specialist engineers we trust to run the project, and we remain your point of contact.
How do you make sure people actually use it?
Training is built into every rollout and shaped around each role. After launch we review usage monthly, coach anyone falling behind and onboard new hires.
We already bought AI tools. Can you still help?
Yes, and it is one of the most common situations we work in. We look at how the tools are being used, build the workflows that are missing and drive adoption across the team so the investment pays off.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. After a first conversation you get a fixed quote for a defined piece of work, so there are no surprise invoices.
How do we get started?
Send us a note about what you are trying to get done. We will set up a call, and even if we never work together, you will leave with a clearer next step.
Should we hire a full-time AI lead instead?
Eventually, maybe. A strong AI lead commands a six-figure salary, takes months to find and usually arrives without engineers behind them. We do that job on contract from the first month, and if you decide to hire later, we help write the role, interview candidates and hand over a working program.
We already posted an AI role. Does this still make sense?
Often, yes. We can carry the work while you search, so momentum does not wait on a hire. If you have already filled the role, we work alongside that person as senior support and an engineering bench, which is often what decides whether a first AI hire succeeds.
How do you handle data privacy and AI governance?
From the start. We set clear rules on which data each tool can see, keep every account in your name, flag privacy and compliance questions for the right people on your side, and document how each workflow works so nothing becomes a black box.
