Why we started this
We've sat across the table from a lot of executives with the same problem. They know AI matters and that their team has to do more without hiring at the same pace. Then they look at the market and every tool promises everything.
Large companies solve this with a department. People whose whole job is scouting tools, building custom workflows, training everyone and refining as things change. Most growing businesses can't add that role, so the job lands on an executive who already has one.
That's who we built this for. You hold the big picture: what needs to happen and why. We handle the hands-on side in a market that shifts every few months, from sorting out what you need to building it, getting it adopted and checking it pays off. When a project calls for deeper engineering, we bring in specialist engineers we trust to run it.
Done well, this saves more than time. It avoids year-long commitments to the wrong software, and it finally delivers the result you wanted AI for in the first place.

Every project begins with the result you need and where things stand today. The software comes after.
Sometimes the answer is "nothing new"
If what you already pay for can do the job, we'll say so and help you get more from it.
Unused tools don't count
A rollout isn't finished when the software is live. It's finished when people rely on it.
A demo is not a result
Anything looks good in a demo. We judge our work by whether it holds up in daily use and moves a number you care about.
